The flower heads are a rich, red-brown with hints of purple, and a warm yellow hue at the tips, and beige, bracken-like stems.

Please note that these Artichoke are a victim of their own magnificence, and so the weight of the head is, in some instances too much for the stems, and they may need additional support depending on how you intend to use them.

  • These large artichokes are approximately 12cm to 18cm in diameter
  • The stems are approximately 30cm to 40cm in length
