These medium artichokes are approximately 8cm to 10cm in diameter.

The stems are approximately 30cm to 40cm in length.

The product has been left in its natural colour, which is a rich, red-brown colour heads with hints of purple, and of a warm yellow hue for the tips, and beige, bracken-like stems.

Please note that these magnificent Artichoke heads are a victim of their own success and the weight of the head is in some instances too much for the stems and they may need additional support depending on how you intend to use them.

  • Avoid bright sunlight to prevent fading.
  • Keep away from dampness and moisture.
  • Dried products may last up to two years if looked after correctly.
